That Itty Bitty Town just north of Dallas is none other than FAIRVIEW, TEXAS!
And with only about 9 square miles, its housing will knock your flip flops off – from small, cozy townhome communities, to some most beautiful homes tucked away behind winding, hilly roads with trees, on huge, acre lots….you won’t even think you’re in North Texas!
OAKWOOD ESTATES is one of those neighborhoods where you’ll find some of beautiful, homes behind tree lined, hilly streets. Tranquility Farm aand Sycamore Place are beautiful N’hoods as well, with acre size lots starting in the $1.2MIL range
Harper’s Landing – is a newer development with estate homes on 2+ acre lots from 2MIL range. Harper’s landing isn’t in a very interesting location and is more flat without many trees. But with 2 acres you can plant lots of trees.
Cypress Crossing is an established, homey community priced in the $400-500k range. I really like that N’Hood. It was built about 10 yrs ago, so the homes are still fairly new and the trees are more mature and it has a pretty N’hood park and the HOA dues are very low.
Apple’s Crossing is one of the newer communities in Fairviews with 2 Housing products. First, you have Lock’N Leave 2-Story Townhomes, a park, playground and N’Hood lake with a walking trail around it, priced in the high $300-400s and a different builder has a community of Free Standing 2-Story Homes on very small lots, and smaller in size from 1800-3000 sf from the 400-500K range. There’s such a high demand for these type of homes, they’re basically built out at this point.
Fairvew has 2 One Story Townhome Communities on the East & West side of Hwy. 5 in the $300-400K range, The Wooded Creek Villas & VILLAS IN THE PARK, As you can image, one story villas in this price are hard to come by and these were built with spacious patios with pergolas, Community pool, fitness center and Low HOA dues. Write your best offer if you want one of these babies!
And Fairview is the home to one of Dallas’ first Over 55 or Active Adult Communities, the magnificent, impeccably maintained Gated, Golf Course, Country Club Community of Heritage Ranch, selling in the $400-600k range.
